The former hotel "Ninic" was built in 1928/29 after drawings by the engineer Milija Ninic and represents a fine example of urban architecture in the historistic spirit of the twenties of the 20th century. The fact of being situated at the main square of the town gives this building an exceptional ambiental importance.
On the Western side of the hotel "Ninic" was, after plans of professor Zadjevic, in 1925 raised the Church Parish building. The main facade was made according to the leading architectural styles in the third decade of the 20th century, and represents a beautiful example of urban architecture which is under the influence of Moderna.
